I’m a first generation US citizen born in Puerto Rico (Hablo Espanol!) and have lived in Tampa Bay since 1982. I grew up in South Tampa and Brandon and lived in Temple Terrace and Plant City before settling in quirky, slightly raunchy and historic Seminole Heights.
I’m a former Hillsborough County teacher, adjunct professor for University of Tampa and a parent of two naughty children who will nevertheless grow into kind, thoughtful human beings (right?!).
I feel most myself and alive in nature, camping, biking, strolling through the woods or by the Hillsborough River. I also adore art, live music and travel.
I enjoy helping others and living a life of joy and compassion by looking for opportunities to improve my life and the life of others. These are important to me in my personal and professional relationships.
MY MISSION STATEMENT:
To help people meet personal and financial goals through selling and buying real estate in an environment fostering education, compassion and creativity throughout the entire process.
So glad you asked!
If you want a slick, fast-talking salesperson who sees you as a walking dollar sign, I’m not your gal.
If you want an agent who is too busy to listen to your needs and concerns, you may wish to look elsewhere.
If you want to be rushed into making decisions that may not be in your best interest, I am not the right agent for you.
If you want a direct, honest real estate agent with integrity and compassion, I’ll be a great fit.
If you want a real estate agent who takes the time to listen to your needs and addresses your concerns, nice to meet you.
If you want a real estate agent who makes you feel like she’s got your back, I am the right agent for you.
But, don’t worry, I’m not so nice that I won’t fiercely negotiate in your best interest. Don’t confuse kindness with weakness.
It is my genuine desire to help you meet your personal and financial goals and to get to know you as a person. I will ask questions, a lot of them, to understand why you’re selling or buying a home. I may even tell you not to. Yes, that’s right. I may even tell you that it’s not in your best interest to sell or buy right now. When I say, “If I were you, this is what I would do,” I actually mean it.
If you’re like me and believe life is about giving and receiving kindness and joy, AND you’d like to sell or buy real estate, I can’t wait to work with you! Welcome to iBikeHomeSales.
